The goal was to create a toy car that was fully assembled when manufactured.

• The doors, trunk, and hood open with pin joins.

• The wheels roll on axles.

• We used a 0.4mm gap in the moving joints.  This number was from the experimental results provided by other classmates who measured the printer's tolerances.

• Different design changes and print orientations were tried until all of the joints were fully functional.

• The final CAD model is shown as well as images of the best print, which was oriented wheels downward.
